By creating an account or using any part of the Unipply platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Unipply, governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

We do not guarantee admission to any university programme. APS calculations and programme eligibility information are provided for guidance only. Always verify requirements directly with the institution.
You must not upload, post, or share content that:
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates this policy and to suspend or terminate accounts responsible for violations.
The Application Tracker is a beta feature. By providing your university portal credentials you authorise Unipply to access those portals on your behalf solely to retrieve your application status. You remain solely responsible for all activity on those portals. Unipply does not guarantee the accuracy of status information retrieved from third-party portals.
The Unipply platform, branding, and all original content created by Unipply are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
Content you upload (e.g. academic records, course materials) remains your property. By uploading content you grant Unipply a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and display it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that programme eligibility information will always be current. APS calculations are based on the information you provide and the publicly available NSC grading system.
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Unipply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to reliance on APS calculations or programme recommendations. Our total liability to you in any calendar year shall not exceed the total fees you paid to Unipply in that year, or R500, whichever is greater.
You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before significant changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
